10 Cane Rum Pop-Up Stores
10 Cane Rum Boutique, a monthly pop-up happening that brings an element of surprise to Miami Beach's Lincoln Road, the ultimate shopper’s thoroughfare. The first event will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2006 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the gallery located at 800 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. 10 Cane Rum is imported exclusively by Moet Hennessy USA. The pop-up boutique is free and open to the public (21+ years of age please). 10% of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the ArtCenter/South Florida. DindyCo conceived of the program and is managing all elements including event coordination, public relations and marketing.

Abokado Sushi
Abokado (opened February 14, 2008), an upscale casual dining sushi restaurant is owned and operated by Feu Nuvo, LLC, a holding corporation focusing on hospitality and retail operations throughout the United States. Abokado, located at Mary Brickell Village, is the inaugural operation within the hospitality division with additional locations scheduled for 2009 and 2010 in Florida and Georgia 2009. DindyCo handles local, national and international public relations, advertising and marketing.

Ariston Restaurant
Opened on February 5, 2008 by Thanasis Barlos and Michelle Shimon, Ariston (the Greek word for excellence) is a neighborhood restaurant serving simple, well-executed comfort cuisine. Mr. Barlos has operated Boschetto, the highest Michelin-rated restaurant in Greece in the 1990’s and most recently Elia in Miami’s tony Bal Harbour shops. DindyCo handles local public relations, advertising and marketing.

Art Miami
From January 5 to 8, 2007, Art Miami will welcome more than 125 galleries from a minimum of 24 countries to celebrate its 17th anniversary. Art Miami provides visitors with the excitement of discovering new trends, new artists and new galleries helping build awareness of today’s art world. This year’s exhibitors will once again bring the highest quality paintings, sculptures, photographs and works in glass, among other media. ArtCenter/South Florida
ArtCenter/South Florida is committed to advancing the knowledge and practice of contemporary visual arts and culture in South Florida. Located in the heart of Miami Beach on Lincoln Road, AC/SF provides affordable work space for outstanding visual artists in all stages of career development. AC/SF offers access to resources and technical support, creates opportunities for artistic experimentation and encourages the exchange of ideas across cultural and artistic disciplines. LegalArt enhances the mission of AC/SF by offering legal and professional tools through such programs as LegalLink, SeminArt and Grant Giving. Together AC/SF and LegalArt are creating the most comprehensive resource center available to South Florida artists. DindyCo has been tapped to handle public relations and marketing services on a local and national level.

The Wave Group Development (headquartered in Miami Beach) announces Artécity, an $100 million project including 180 residences on Miami Beach. The total square footage, including new and renovated buildings, will exceed 210,000 square feet and comprises one city block, bordered on the east by Park Avenue, 21st Street at the south, Washington Court to the west and 22nd Street to the north. Artécity includes the Governor Hotel (formerly an Island Outpost property) located at 435 21st Street, Miami Beach, considered the largest original Art Deco hotel in Miami Beach. In addition, several existing buildings which will be converted into condominiums and villas and two vacant lots facing Park Avenue and Washington Court, where two new buildings will be developed. Artecity is a proud sponsor of the Art Basel 2004 Video Lounge; the ArtCenter/South Florida; the Bass Museum; the Miami City Ballet; The New World Symphony; The Miami Light Project and the Wolfsonian Museum.

Aussie Animal Hospital
Located on Miami Beach, this full service veterinary hospital has contracted the agency for marketing and public relations services including the creation of a direct mail brochure.

Opened in September 2005, Clarke’s is the dream of New York City-born Laura Cullen who took an MBA project from conception to reality. She is second generation American of Irish descent and second generation restaurant owner, father Barry Cullen is the proprietor of The Sazerac House in New York City (operating since 1965). A Neighborhood bar and grille, Clarke’s presents traditional Irish and American dishes that are prepared with an eye to the past and a taste of the present. The cuisine at Clarke’s is a celebration of Ms. Cullen’s Irish and American heritage. DindyCo was contracted to provide public relations and marketing services.

Feu Nuvo
Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Feu Nuvo LLC is a holding corporation with an emphasis on hospitality and retail operations throughout the United States. DindyCo was contracted to assist in concept development, hiring, management practices development, public relations and marketing.

Gee's Bend Quiltmakers
Gee’s Bend is a small rural community nestled into a curve in the Alabama River southwest of Selma, Alabama. Founded in antebellum times on the site of cotton plantations owned by Joseph Gee, the town’s women developed a distinctive, bold, and sophisticated quilting style with a geometric simplicity reminiscent of Modern Art. The women of Gee’s Bend passed their skills and aesthetic down through multiple generations to the present and in 2002, an exhibition of 70 quilt masterpieces from the Bend, organized by Tinwood Alliance of Atlanta, Georgia, premiered at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. Since then, “The Quilts of Gee’s Bend” exhibition has been presented at more than a dozen major museums, including the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. Art critics worldwide have compared the quilts to the works of important modern artists, such as Henri Matisse, and the New York Times called the quilts “some of the most miraculous works of modern art America has produced.” For more information, visit DindyCo handles public relations and marketing internationally.

Gunther Corporation
The trustees of a magnificent inheritance -- $100 million when the will was probated and currently valued at $150 million -- established the Gunther Reform Trust in November 1997 in Nassau, The Bahamas. The by-laws of the Trust called for the creation of a multimedia entertainment group consisting of Gunther IV a german shepherd) and five young performers. The group is known as The Burgundians. The Gunther Reform Trust then established an investment arm known as Gunther Corporation in the Bahamas and in turn established Gunther Corporation, Miami as the operating arm of the trust in the United States, which purchased Madonna's home at 3029 Brickell Avenue in Miami for $7.5 million. DindyCo has been retained to handle public relations and marketing nationally and internationally.

– the association was founded to present a unified and cohesive voice on behalf of its member businesses. M.A.D.E. Merchants Association serves its Design District (Biscayne Boulevard to N. Miami Avenue from NE 36th Street to NE 41st Street) constituents and the surrounding community by providing leadership, marketing and events to ensure a vibrant, inviting, and unique environment, as well as bringing a better understanding of art and design to the residents of Miami. MKJ Realty LLC has more than 30 years of real estate construction experience including some of the most luxurious buildings in Miami including the new Highland Park Lofts in downtown Miami. DindyCo has been hired to handle public relations and marketing activities.

Moet & Chandon Champagne Re-Launch
Since 1743, Moët & Chandon Champagne has been one of the leading consumer products most respected for improving with age. The challenge is keeping the wine relevant while evolving to meet the needs of the present and future market. Holding 40% of the U.S. market for Champagne sales brings with it a responsibility to sustain the role of innovator – reinventing the rules --while maintaining the quality that Moët & Chandon is renowned for throughout the world. DindyCo handled public relations services and event development and management programs for the re-launch of Moet & Chandon in the U.S. market.

The newest luxury portal on the World Wide Web, Moet Explorer through Flash technology brings surfers the very best in travel, fashion, art, cuisine and more from around the world. DindyCo has been tapped to develop and implement the launch of the portal.

Moet Hennessy USA
The largest luxury products group in the world, boasting prestige goods of quality, originality and exclusivity. DindyCo has been retained to develop strategic public relations programs and materials for a variety of the corporation's products including the introduction of three new single-distillery cognacs and general press materials for the Hennessy Cognac portfolio, Johnnie Walker Black, Red, Gold and Blue scotches, Tanqueray No. Ten and Ruffino Wines. The agency is also handling a variety of services for Moet & Chandon Champagnes.

Nexus Development Group
Nexus Development Group’s 4 Projects - CASA, CANVAS, CUBE and COR - are underway in the heart of the Miami Design District, an 18-square-block neighborhood dedicated to art and design. Rich in style and design, 4 Projects integrates luxury tropical living into this creative urban hotbed with a mix of condominiums and town homes. Nexus is defining a new way of living in South Florida, one that embodies a lifestyle that is bohemian, luxurious, lush and urbane – adding color and contour to city living -- it’s the Blush life. The agency has been contracted for public relations, events and marketing services.

Now Taste This
In honor of National Poetry Month (April), Miami-based, Now Taste This!™ 2006 paired poets of national renown with some of the area’s most prestigious restaurants. Each poet created a poem inspired by a prix fixe menu as designed by the chef. The finished poems, signed by both poet and chef – “poets’ menus” – were presented to customers who ordered the Now Taste This! menu during April 2006. 10% of the proceeds from Now Taste This! were donated to the Florida Center for the Literary Arts at Miami-Dade College. The mission of the Florida Center for the literary Arts (located in Downtown Miami) is to promote the advancement and appreciation of the literary arts in all forms. DindyCo in conjunction with poet/journalist Jen Karetnick, organized the event and handled public relations on a pro bono basis and the team is gearing up for 2007.

Prime One Twelve, Shoji Sushi, Nemo and Big Pink Restaurants -- Miami Beach
This quartet of restaurants is the portfolio of Myles Chefetz -- all four restaurants are located within two blocks of each other on Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive on Miami Beach. The opening of Nemo in 1995, followed by Big Pink in 1996, and Shoji Sushi in early March 2001 along with the January 2004 opening of Prime One Twelve, has led Chefetz to retain the agency to handle local, national and international public relations and marketing.

Purvis Young
An Urban Expressionist, Purvis Young is a Miami native who has been painting for 40 years. He is renowned for his first major installation, Goodbread Alley and is considered one of the most prolific contemporary painters chronicling the human condition. The agency has been hired to represent Mr. Young on a local, national and international basis by creating a brand and a consistent image.

River Oyster Bar
Executive Chef/Owner David Bracha pioneered the casual upscale food scene in the Brickell village when he opened The River Oyster Bar in 2003. Today the area is bursting with new dining options, confirming Bracha’s foresight when he selected the location, and The River Oyster Bar stands out for its friendly, relaxing atmosphere, fine service and outstanding, but highly accessible, cuisine.

Royal Caribbean International & Celebrity Cruises
DindyCo has been retained to handle public relations and internal relations services for the Community Relations Department of RCI/CC with an emphasis on the annual G.I.V.E. Day (March 10, 2007) program.

Ruinart Champagne
Ruinart is the oldest champagne house in the world, founded by Nicolas ruinart in 1729. In celebration of the introduction of the first non-vintage Blanc de Blancs to reach the north American shores, DindyCo has been tapped to develop and manage a program of intimate dinners and cocktail receptions beginning in the Miami area.

Tinwood Media
Tinwood Media, headquartered in Atlanta, identifies and documents important, yet unknown or underappreciated art forms with an emphasis on African American Vernacular Art. The company publishes illustrated books, produces documentary films and music compact discs and educational media that enrich their mission. Tinwood produces and mounts museum exhibitions including the renowned block buster Quilts of Gee's Bend. DindyCo has been contracted to handle national and international public relations and marketing activities.

DindyCo created and managed the trade seminar and VIP/Trade cocktail reception for the 2008 Vinitaly Miami trade fair. DindyCo is working on the Grandi Marchi event for October 2008.

Wave Group Development
The Wave Group Development is a developer of high end luxury condominium and fractional real estate projects. Its current project, Artécity, is located in the epicenter of Miami Beach’s cultural district; Artécity has developed Cultural Partnerships with the ArtCenter/South Florida, the Bass Museum, the Miami City Ballet, the Miami Light Project, the New World Symphony and the Wolfsonian Museum. On the horizon are two new projects on the site of the Wave Hotel and the adjacent lot – both between 3rd and 4th Street on Ocean Drive (Miami Beach). Details will be announced shortly. DindyCo is handling national and local public relations as well as the creation and management of the cultural partner program.
